Terms and Conditions

  1. All rates are quoted in Singapore dollars.
  2. Rates include Vehicle, Chauffeur, Fuel, Parking fees, Airport Surcharge, Holiday Surcharge, Toll or ERP charges and Government Goods and Services Tax.
  3. Hourly Disposals (For all Fleet Class) :
  • Minimum booking required is 3 consecutive hours
  • Additional charges will apply with minimum hourly rates
  1. Point Transfers (Waiting time Charges) :After Grace period charges (15minutes from booking time) :
  • Business MPV Alphard (S$20/15mins)
  • Business Van Mercedes VClass (S$22/15mins)
  • Business Class Sedan (S$20/15mins)
  • First Class Sedan (S$45/15mins)
  • Mini Buss (S$20/15mins)

    After 30mins
    from Booking time, a minimum of 2 hour disposal applies from booking time.
  1. Arrivals (Waiting time Charges) :
  • Exceeding 60 minutes upon flight arrival
    FULL Additional Arrival rate will be added onto 1st booking fees
  • Exceeding 90 minutes upon flight arrival time
    Hourly disposal charges of minimum 3 hours apply
  1. Departure (Waiting time Charges) :After Grace period charges (15minutes from booking time) :
  • Business MPV Alphard (S$20/15mins)
  • Business Van Mercedes VClass (S$22/15mins)
  • Business Class Sedan (S$20/15mins)
  • First Class Sedan (S$45/15mins)
  • Mini Buss (S$20/15mins)

    After 30mins from Booking time, a minimum of 2 hours disposal applies from booking time
  1. No Show Charges :

         FULL charges apply for passengers no show below:

  • Arrival (>60mins upon arrival)
  • Departure (>30 minutes after booking time)
  • Transfer (>30 minutes after booking time)
  1. Extra Stop Charges :

         Additional rates per stop :

  • Business MPV Alphard (S$10)
  • Business Van Mercedes VClass (S$15)
  • Business Class Sedan (S$10)
  • First Class Sedan (S$20)
  • Mini Buss (S$10)
  • Additional stop on different route will be billed as Transfer
  1. Midnight Charges applies from 2300 hour to 0700 hour:
  • Business MPV Alphard (S$10)
  • Business Van Mercedes VClass (S$10)
  • Business Class Sedan (S$10)
  • First Class Sedan (S$20)
  • Mini Buss (S$10)
  1. Child Seat Requirement by Singapore Traffic Police
  • Child seat charges applicable

Compulsory for all children below 1.35m to ride on a child restrains (Passenger is required to input accurate information upon booking)

**Failure to provide the correct information may result in delay in transfer or transfer being cancel. No refund will be make available under such situation**

  1. Cancellation :
  • Cancellations made more than 3 days will be entitled to FULL refund less 5% bank administrative charges
  • “No shows” (FULL rate applies)
  1. Amendment Charges :TRANSFERS/ARRIVAL/DEPARTURES
  • Any amendments made less than 24 hours prior to booking slot will be arranged subject to availability. If customer chooses to cancel the booking due to non-availability, FULL charges apply.HOURLY
  • Any amendments made for hourly bookings, a 24 hour notification is REQUIRED, else FULL charges applyEVENTS
  • Any reduction in fleet size and durations for events, 3 days notification is REQUIRED, a non-refundable deposit applies
  1. National Event Surcharges Applies during National Events period. e.g Singapore Airshow, Formula One Race, etc.
  2. There will be different cancellation and amendment charges during National Events e.g. Air Show, Formula One Race etc.
  3. Booking confirmation is provided upon receipt of payment.
  4. Neither Prime Aces Limousine, nor any of its subcontractors or affiliates, shall be liable for or assume any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other item left in a vehicle.
  5. In no event will Prime Aces Limousine or any of its subcontractors or affiliates be liable or responsible for damages of any kind caused by any delay in performance or failure to perform, in whole or in part, any of their obligations in connection with the services, where such delay or failure is due in part to fire, earthquake, weather, traffic, road construction, strikes, government sanctioned embargo, flood, act of God, act of war or terrorism, act of any public authority or sovereign government, civil disorder, delay caused by any air or ground passenger carrier, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Prime Aces Limousine, its subcontractors or affiliates.
  6. Prime Aces Limousine does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in Prime Aces Limousine vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with local traffic laws.
  7. The following items are prohibited on Prime Aces Limousine’s vehicles: food, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives and fireworks.
  8. NO SMOKING or EATING in any of the limousines contracted.
  9. Excess Cleaning & Damage
    If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash) , the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense.  Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client.  The Clean-up Surcharge fee is minimum $250.

Seasonal Variations in Rates

Rates published wiil vary during certain period of the year such as Formula One, Christmas and New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year, Airshow etc.
