Terms of Services

1. All rates are quoted in USD Dollars.
2. All deposits are NON refundable
3. Hourly Disposals (For All Fleet Class):
• Minimum booking required is 3 consecutive hours

4. Departures / Point Transfers (Waiting time Charges):

• After Grace period of 30 minutes from pickup timing, extra waiting time applies. We will charge a 2nd order to the original booking.

5. Arrivals (Waiting time Charges):

• After Grace period of 60 minutes from flight landed timing or pick up timing , extra waiting time applies. We will charge a 2nd order to the original booking.

• After 90th minutes from flight landed timing or pick up timing, we will apply Hourly rates charges of a minimum 3 hours.

6. Departure (Waiting time Charges):

• After Grace period of 30 minutes from pickup timing, extra waiting time applies. We will charge a 2nd order to the original booking.

7. No Show Charges:

FULL charges apply for passengers no show below:

• Arrival (>60mins upon arrival)
• Departure (>30 minutes after booking time)
• Transfer (>30 minutes after booking time)

8. Extra Stop Charges :

• Additional rates per stop :

– Business MPV Alphard (USD$10)
– Business Van Mercedes VClass (USD$10)
– Business Class Sedan (USD$10)
– First Class Sedan (USD$30)
– Mini Bus (USD$10)

• Additional stop on different route will be billed as Transfer

9. Midnight Charges applies from 2300 hour to 0700 hour:

• Business MPV Alphard (USD$10)
• Business Van Mercedes VClass (USD$10)
• Business Class Sedan (USD$10)
• First Class Sedan (USD$30)
• Mini Bus (USD$10)

10. Child Seat Requirement by Singapore Traffic Police

• Child seat charges applicable

Compulsory for all children below 1.35m to ride on a child restrains (Passenger is required to input accurate information upon booking)

**Failure to provide the correct information may result in delay in transfer or transfer being cancel. No refund will be make available under such situation**

11. Cancellation :

• Full Charges applies for Cancellations notice made less than 24 hours.
• There will be different cancellation and amendment charges for events. Refer to respective agreement for more information.

12. Amendment Charges:

TRANSFERS/ARRIVAL/DEPARTURES
• Any amendments made less than 24 hours prior to booking slot will be arranged subject to availability. If customer chooses to cancel the booking due to non-availability, FULL charges apply.

EVENTS
• There will be different cancellation and amendment charges. Refer to respective agreement for more information.


13. National Event Surcharges of 2x times of base rate will be apply during Period of National e.g Singapore Air Show, Formula One Race, etc.

14. There will be different cancellation and amendment charges during National Events e.g. Singapore Air Show, Formula One Race, etc..

15. Booking confirmation is provided upon receipt of payment.

Additional
16. Neither Prime Aces Limousine, nor any of its subcontractors or affiliates, shall be liable for or assume any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other item left in a vehicle.

17. In no event will Prime Aces Limousine or any of its subcontractors or affiliates be liable or responsible for damages of any kind caused by any delay in performance or failure to perform, in whole or in part, any of their obligations in connection with the services, where such delay or failure is due in part to fire, earthquake, weather, traffic, road construction, strikes, government sanctioned embargo, flood, act of God, act of war or terrorism, act of any public authority or sovereign government, civil disorder, delay caused by any air or ground passenger carrier, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Prime Aces Limousine, its subcontractors or affiliates.

18. Prime Aces Limousine does not guarantee the availability of child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in Prime Aces Limousine vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with local traffic laws.


19. The following items are prohibited on Prime Aces Limousine’s vehicles: food, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives and fireworks.

20. SMOKING or EATING are STRICITY PROHIBITED in any of the limousines provided by Prime Aces Limousines.

21. Excess Cleaning & Damage
If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash) , the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense. Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client.
The Clean-up Surcharge fee is minimum USD$250 per car.
