You can schedule an appointment one day in advance any time between 0800 to 2200 hours.

When do you take your Test?

Your departure flight timing determines the required testing window.

In general, you should take the test at least 48 to 72 hours before your flight (depending on your destination country’s requirements).

Please allow adequate time for taking and receiving test results before leaving Singapore. The table below summarizes the testing window period for some vaccinated travel lane countries. The list is non-exhaustive.

Procedure for booking

  • Choose your preferred date and time with at least one day notice.
  • Fill in the details required in the form and submit.
  • TMAC swabber will call to confirm and verify your details.
  • Swabbers will arrive at your doorstep at the scheduled appointment time.
  • Swabbers will don Full PPE outside your house before entering.
  • PCR Test will be conducted by our certified swabber or nurses.
  • Despatch specimen to Lab.

For the pre-departure PCR, what documents do I need?

Please bring the following documents for your PCR swab test:

  • Identity Card for Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and long-term pass holders only.

How long will the COVID-19 PCR swab test take?

The swab test will take no more than 30 minutes. Please note that before performing the swab test at your home, our staff will spend approximately 5 minutes verifying some of your particulars, such as your name and ID/passport number.

What is the turnaround time for the pre-departure swab tests results?

Your results memo will be sent by email to you within 24-48 hours. You are advised to print this for easy reference during your travel.

If you have elected an Express Service, you will receive your result memo within 6-7 hours.

How will I receive the swab test result?
