COVID-19 Impact – Cancellations and Refund
It’s difficult for all of us in the travel community to see the impact the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis has had on our industry. While the situation rapidly changes, we know one thing that’s consistent – people’s desire to travel. The travel industry has always shown its resilience and it will bounce back.
As we prepare for the months ahead, we want to reassure you of the following:
•Cancellation Policy: To fully support our customers during this very difficult time, we offer free cancellation up to 12 hours before the booking.
•Free Amendment: Customers who does not wish to cancel are allowed to amendment their bookings to a later date free of charge..
•No Show Policy: Customer no shows, where the customer has not informed Prime Aces Limousine that they do not need the ride, will of course be charged and paid in full.
